Troubleshoot a blank Web Dashers player, missing sound, keyboard focus and unavailable online features.

A blank or slow player

Give the first load time to download the game’s assets. If the player stays blank, select Reload once and check that your connection is working. Browser extensions, restrictive network filters or blocked third-party content may prevent the embedded game from loading. Try a current browser with graphics acceleration enabled.

Keyboard controls scroll the page

Click or tap inside the game to give it focus. If you just used a site button, focus may still be on that button. Enter fullscreen for a larger play area, then click the game again. The site keeps the game in its embedded frame, including after a reload.

There is no sound

Browsers may wait for a click or tap before allowing audio. Interact with the game and check its sound controls as well as the browser tab’s mute setting. Avoid repeatedly restarting a level just to unlock audio; check each volume control first.

Main levels work, online features do not

The game’s account and community-level requests use separate services. Those services can have connection or cross-origin errors even when the game itself loads. This website cannot repair a provider account or promise that an online level will download. Try a built-in level and return to the online feature later.

Report a repeatable problem

Send the page address, browser, device and the action that failed to help@web-dashers.com. Say whether the issue appeared before the game menu, during a built-in level or in an online feature. Do not include passwords or private account information. A precise description helps distinguish a site problem from a game-provider problem.
